Contact us: email support@greekcore.com.
Include the email on your GreekCore account, your chapter name when relevant, what you expected, and what happened. For app problems, also include your device model, operating-system version, and the GreekCore version and build number shown under Search → Profile → Settings → About. Do not email passwords, verification codes, full card or account numbers, or sensitive message/file contents.
Dispute a card transaction
If a Chapter Card transaction is wrong, unauthorized, or one you don’t recognize, dispute it from the Chapter Account on the web: open Chapter Account → Transactions or Chapter Account → Cards, select the transaction, and start a dispute.
- Fraud disputes go straight to Stripe. If you didn’t make or authorize a charge, submit a fraud dispute directly. GreekCore does not review or approve it.
- Submit all your evidence at once. A dispute can be submitted only once, and evidence can’t be added or changed afterward, so gather receipts and any other documentation before you submit.
- Report it within 110 days. The Spend Card terms of Celtic Bank, which issues Chapter Cards, require you to report an erroneous or disputed card transaction within 110 days of the date it appears.
- Expect 30–90 days. Stripe typically resolves card disputes within 30 to 90 days.
- Lost, stolen, or compromised card? Freeze or cancel it right away from Chapter Account → Cards, then tell us at support@greekcore.com.
If a member disputes a dues payment they made to the chapter, respond to it from the Payments tab of the Chapter Account. Unhappy with how a dispute was handled? File a complaint.
Report objectionable content
Open the content menu and choose Report, select the reason, add useful context, and submit. This creates a durable receipt and preserves the content snapshot staff need to investigate. In chat, use the message’s own report control. GreekCore targets review within 24 hours and escalates credible imminent threats promptly. If the control is unavailable or the issue is urgent, email support with “Safety report” in the subject. Contact local emergency services first when someone is in immediate danger.
Block or unblock a member
Choose Block from a member profile or supported content menu. Blocking restricts direct contact and hides that person’s content on supported shared GreekCore surfaces. To review or reverse a block on the web, open Settings → Safety → Blocked users. Provider synchronization can take a short time.
Common account questions
- Roster or role changes — ask a chapter officer; officers manage chapter membership and permissions.
- Delete your account — in the mobile app, open Search → Profile → Delete account. If you have no active chapter, use Delete account on the signed-in landing screen. Follow these deletion instructions for confirmation steps and retained shared and financial records.
- Export your data — the account export is currently web-only. Sign in on the web and open your profile’s Data & privacy area before deleting.
- Privacy — read our Privacy Policy for provider, moderation, retention, and mobile permission details.
- Billing, Chapter Account, or Chapter Card questions — include the chapter and transaction date/amount, but never send a full account or card number.
